Cancellation policy

• 15 Days prior to date of arrival - 25% of the total bill will be charged.
• 14 Days to 08 Days prior to date of arrival - 50% of the total bill will be charged.
• 07 Days less prior to date of arrival - 100% of the total bill will be charged.

Child policy

• Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay with parents without extra bed.
• Children between 5 - 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.
• 2nd child between 5 - 12 years sharing parent's bed must pay extra as per the prescribed rate.

Credit policy

• Selected travel agents will have maximum credit of maximum 1 lacs for the period of 30 days
