Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our Hotel. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and seamless experience for our guests. Please review the following refund policy for hotel reservations made through our platform.

  • If reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to date of arrival, 100% of total invoice will be charged as cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • If reservation is cancelled prior to 15 days from the date of check-in, 25% of the invoiced value will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • Please take special note of the condition that, regardless of the reason for cancellation such as sickness, road closure, flight cancellation, family emergency, we strictly apply above policy.
  • In the event of an early check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full reserved stay.
  • If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled your reservation, the hotel will charge the full reservation amount as a no-show fee.
  • Refund Processing:
    a. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
    b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the reservation process.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events, the hotel reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy as necessary.
  • By making a reservation and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
  • We reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing us.
